Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us and come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy

We understand things can get busy and that time is often scarce. So is ours..

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice. 

If less than 24 hours notice is not given, a $50 no-show charge will automatically be applied to your next appointment as part of our terms and services.
