DO YOU KNOW THE SIGNS?
Our nation will be celebrating its freedom on July 4th. Although our pets are surely happy to be living in the land of the free and home of the brave, some of them do not enjoy how we celebrate. FIREWORKS! We all recognize the obvious signs of this noise phobia - excessive vocalization, destructive behavior, trying to escape, house soiling. But do you know the subtle signs your pet may exhibit? Some of these signs are trembling, panting, hypersalivation, pacing, lip licking, withdrawal or seeking attention. If you are concerned your pet may have a fear of fireworks, please call us for further information and help.
